I am an instructional designer with a passion for transforming learning experiences. With a master's degree in curriculum and instruction and a certification in training and performance, I have the skills and knowledge to create innovative and engaging educational content.
My latest project was for Lehigh University College of Education, Project STAY. I designed and revised eLearning modules using the ADDIE framework and backward design model. I collaborated with team members to generate ideas, offer feedback, collect and analyze data, and create supplemental learning materials. Additionally, I am an educator at Bardstown City Schools, designing, revising, and instructing lessons and interventions using best practices. I also manage the learning management system(s) to conduct testing, report grading, monitor assignments, and communicate information.
My goal is to empower learners and drive organizational success by developing impactful learning solutions. I enjoy working with diverse teams and leveraging technology to enhance learning outcomes. Outside of my work, I enjoy cooking, being outdoors, and spending time with my family.Â
